If you’re camping or on the road RVing, these recipes may be very helpful in creating just the right type of coffee for you! Coffee is a wonderful medium for improvisation. You can stir in hot, foamy milk or steaming cocoa, a bit of brandy or other liqueur, a twist of orange or lemon rind, and finish with a dollop of softly whipped cream, and you have an after dinner drink, a morning celebration or a special drink to serve your friends. Instructions
Brandied Cappucino
  1. Place Brandy in each tall mug or heatproof glass coffee mug. Fill with equal parts of strong, hot coffee and foamy hot milk. (Milk can be warmed up on stove or microwave and vigorously blended with whisk). Top with a large dollop of whipped cream.
Coffee Caribe
  1. Rub rims of tall mugs or heatproof glass coffee mugs with lemon juice to moisten well. Dip wet rim into brown sugar to coat each glass. Put Coffee flavored liqueur and Rum into glass and fill with strong, hot coffee. Stir lightly and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of brown sugar.
Caffe Borgia
  1. Place a twist of orange rind in each cup. Fill with equal parts of hot chocolate and strong, hot coffee. Top with a mound of whipped cream and a grating of semi sweet chocolate.
Irish Coffee
  1. Rinse tall mugs or heatproof glasses with hot water to warm them. Drain well. In each glass place 1 sugar cube and 2 Tablespoons of Irish Whiskey. Fill with strong, hot coffee and top with softly whipped cream.
Cafe Liegeois
  1. For each serving, place a generous scoop of ice cream in a tall, heatproof glass or mug. Fill with strong, hot coffee. Top with honey-sweetened whipped cream and a sprinkling of grated milk chocolate. Serve with a spoon and straw.
