For 2 servings: use half the ingredients

For 8 servings: double the ingredients

The combination of meats and Swiss cheese along with the French Toast style bread is rich and satisfying. Try sprinkling a bit of powdered sugar on the sandwiches if you don't use the Jelly.

If you are using an Electric Skillet, try browning at about 375 F.
