Hole in the Wall restaurant is Union County’s oldest diner located in the heart of the beautiful downtown Blairsville square. Established in 1931, there is something for everyone here. The food is so good you’ll swear your grandma made it. Breakfast is served all day, everyday and there’s even Prime Rib every Friday and Saturday nights!
Owner Chef Mark Cox has revived the old style Southern foods that are native to the area as well as bringing his own flair with signature dishes from around the world. Hole in the Wall is famous for our food, genuine down home service, and our little piece of history.
